Get your Greens Smoothie

In a blender add:

1 cup coconut water
1 cup frozen organic blueberries, raspberries or mango
1 tsp cold pressed flax oil
2-3 leaves of organic laciento kale
1 cup loose organic spinach leaves
Stevia to sweeten (1 packet or 10 drops liquid)
*If too thick add water

Additions: 1 Tbsp Wheat grass and or barley powder, 1 Tbsp Spirulina
for added protein.
